Inaccurate invoices

Historically around 10% of invoices we have audited have been inaccurate. Viridor will not only tell you if your have been overcharged, we ensure your supplier will refund any overcharges.

Unexpected consumption

for example a high proportion of energy being used in off peak periods may indicate lights/air con/machinery are not being switched off as they should be.

Network tariffs

around 20% of accounts we review could reduce their costs by changing the network tariff applied at their site. Viridor will analyse all tariff options in the local network area and if a cheaper network tariff is available, we will work with your retailer and network provider to move the site to the cheaper tariff.

Retail contract

Viridor helps its clients to consistently achieve lower contract energy rates, this is done through a combination of: generating heightened supplier competition in confidential bidding process, aggregation of multiple customers requirements, providing suppliers all the data they need to minimize risk premiums attached to offers, and not receiving commission payments from retailers (which are added onto contract rates.)
